4. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely manner for approvals and feedback

  • Supply necessary materials (logos, photos, access, etc.)

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

5. Revisions & Scope

  • Each project includes a defined number of revisions (outlined in the agreement).

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Scope changes may require a revised timeline and pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

  • Omni Dental Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.

  • Any unused concepts remain the property of Omni Dental Marketing.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., advertising platforms, website tools).
Omni Dental Marketing is not responsible for the performance, policies, or changes made by third-party services.

8. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to improve visibility, branding, and patient growth, we do not guarantee specific results (such as exact patient numbers or revenue increases), as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Any work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.

  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full.

10. Limitation of Liability

Omni Dental Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
